Ok i'm worried just found small hole next to anus a couple of inches away need advice please?

i just found a hole approx a mm in diameter south of my anus (not towards my balls but towards my back sorry can't explain better) yeah erm, wtf is that, i meen every now and again i would get itchy their but now i just found a small hole that ain't normal, can somebody help me out on what it is please?Ok i'm worried just found small hole next to anus a couple of inches away need advice please?

Go to a doctor that's all I can tell you, since I can't see it Or get a better picture of it, it could develop into something much worse, so check it out when it's still in the early stages :\
