My husband and I are undergoing IVF in a couple of months. Anyone who has been through this have any advice?

My husband has Klinefelter's and we are going to undergo ICSI/TESE procedure. Anyone out there who has been through a similar experience? Successes and or failures? My husband and I are undergoing IVF in a couple of months. Anyone who has been through this have any advice?
We are currently in the middle of an IVF cycle due to male factor infertility. We will be doing ICSI with our cycle as well. We are about mid-way through the cycle so I'm not able to comment on the success/failure part but I just wanted to wish you good luck and offer a few pieces of advice. We, as in the females, carry the burden in an IVF cycle so be prepared for mood swings, discomfort, and lots of injections due to all the medications we have to take. There is also a lot of waiting during IVF so find things to keep your mind off the whole process or it becomes consuming. Make sure you really like and trust your doctor. I've heard from many other women that they were led to believe that the doctor who did their consult was not always the one who did the IVF procedures because they were a part of a practice that rotated doctors. Join an IVF message board or group. I belong to ivfconnections.net and personally find it very valuable when I'm questioning what I'm feeling or just want to discuss the whole thing with others who are going through it.

Baby dust to you!
