It depends what the issues are, sex, mental health, health, family etc. You need to add more detail.

Well, I'm only 44 but my hubby is 69, and he says what he loves about me is that I do stuff with him - we go fishing %26amp; deer hunting together, vegetable garden %26amp; play cards, etc. So what he really wants is companionship %26amp; he did not get that with his first wife. It worked out slick that I pretty much had the same hobbies he did. He really likes the sex too, but honestly, that is secondary for him.
