I breathed in a fine black dust a couple days ago, advice on what to do?

Well, it wasn't a lot I think but it's the second day and I';m having trouble breathing plus fever and cold numbness in fingers and lips. Afraid it might sound worse than it actually is. I don't wanna walk the hour and half walk to hospital if this could be something that will clear up in a few days.
